The conference has secured rooms at the Q Station at discounted rates.

Free cancellation is possible until Friday 6 February 2026. Rooms cancelled after the free cancellation period will be charged the full price of the total accommodation booked. Full pre-payment for all accommodation bookings is required by Friday 6 February 2026.

Heritage King Rooms feature a king bed with an ensuite bathroom and French-style doors opening onto a furnished balcony area.

Heritage Harbourside Room $260

Includes breakfast for 1 person

Heritage Harbourside Queen Rooms feature a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom. Rooms feature stunning glimpses of the fabulous Sydney Harbour and French-style doors that open out to a relaxing furnished balcony.

Maximum capacity: 2 guests

Heritage Suite $260

Includes breakfast for 1 person

Heritage Suites offer a spacious area featuring a queen bedroom, separate lounge room and ensuite, with French-style doors opening onto a furnished balcony area.

Maximum capacity: 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children


  • Rooms are not guaranteed available until 2:00pm on the day of check-in though can be made available earlier in the day at the discretion of the hotel itself. If you wish to ensure an early check-in, you should reserve the room for the previous night.

  • If you require additional room nights not already available, please contact the conference secretariat for rates and availability. Changes to your booking should always be done through the conference secretariat, NOT the hotel itself.

  • Please indicate on your registration the room style you require and the name of the other delegate with whom you wish to share.

  • Credit card details and photo ID will be required for all hotel guests on check in. The hotel will require a $100 pre-authorisation as a deposit to cover any miscellaneous charges.

  • During the registration process, an icon of an envelope indicates there is no availability for accommodation. Please email ASN Events to request availability (non-guaranteed).

Booking Terms & Conditions

Confirming your booking - Accommodation can be added to your conference profile during the registration process. Please note, your room is not confirmed until full pre-payment is received. Full pre-payment for accommodation is due by Friday 6 February 2026. Several payment options are available: online via credit card (credit card surcharge applies), credit card authoristaion form (surcharge applies), over the phone by calling ASN Events on (03) 8658 9530 (credit card surcharge applies) , or EFT by following the instructions on the invoice emailed to you. If you do not receive your invoice, please contact the Conference Secretariat.

Accommodation bookings not paid for by Friday 6 February 2026 will be cancelled.

Changes - If you require additional room nights not already available, please contact the conference secretariat for availability. Please note, you will be required to complete a credit card authority form upon enquiry. Changes to your booking should always be done through the conference secretariat, NOT the hotel itself.

Security deposit upon check in - A security deposit will be held to cover any miscellaneous charges.

Room availability - During the Registration process, an icon of an envelope indicates there is no availability for accommodation at that hotel for that date. Please email ASN Events if you have any queries regarding accommodation.

BEWARE OF SCAMMERS

Due to the amount of publicly available information on conference and institution websites, some committee members and conference speakers are being contacted by third party companies, often from overseas, purporting to be event managers who request to secure accommodation or flight bookings. These requests always ask for financial information or credit card details and will generally be quite pushy in their attempts. Firms claiming to be legitimate accommodation and travel agents for your event, such as Business Travel Management and e, are not endorsed or authorised by the conference organisers. They are actively trolling event webs and trying to match invited speakers and committees with personal details often found on their own institute websites.

Please note, ASN Events will never ask a third party to retrieve credit card or financial information from you without prior personal arrangement with yourself and an ASN staff member. Where any payments are required, ASN Events will send through an invoice with remittance details which contains full ASN Letterhead, completed by an ASN Staff member and will always be from an @asnevents.net.au email address.

If for any reason you are unsure of the legitimacy of a requested payment, you should always contact your ASN Events Project Manager.
